Welcome to Adult Services!
Participant Directed Managed Services
We offer home and community-based services to people who experience developmental disabilities to help them stay as independent as possible. When it comes to managing those services, everyone has different needs. Choosing the Consumer Directed option allows individuals more control over their program services if they are able to manage them responsibility. Our team will help to decide what services are needed and how to maximize usage of Medicaid funds. Please call (603) 882-6333 to schedule an intake appointment.
Adult Service Coordination
We provide person-centered planning and support to individuals who are determined eligible to receive services. Service Coordinators work with individuals and teams to develop service plans in partnership with vendors to meet shared, desired outcomes.

We offer socialization, emotional support, physical activity, nutritious meals, cognitive exercises, medication administration, and medical oversight. In addition to meeting the needs of our participants, we also strive to support care givers by giving them free time for themselves and staff to speak to about their loved one. We are typically open from 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday year round. We are part of a special partnership and located on the Alvirne High School Campus located at 200 Derry Street in Hudson. We closed in 2020 due to the pandemic but are currently working on our reopening plans. Call for more information: (603) 883-0994.
