The Time Exchange is a reciprocal volunteer program for all people of all abilities. We help connect individuals to one another to meet specifics needs and through skill sharing and service providing, are able to help increase the quality of life for everyone involved.

How does it work?
Time Exchange members receive one hour of credit for each hour of service they provide to other members. In return, they can use their credit to receive a service from another member. All services are equally valued; doing a tax return receives the same time credit as grocery shopping.
Who can join?
Potential members must be at least eighteen years old, fill out an application form, and complete an interview. Both a reference check and a criminal record check will be performed on all applicants. Volunteers who provide transportation must also provide proof of car insurance and will be subject to a motor vehicle record check.
What skills can you use or share with others?
The list is wide-ranging and varied. Some examples are:
- Computer Training/Tutoring/Music Lessons
- Lawn Care/Gardening
- Meal Preparation/Baking/Housekeeping
- Handyman Services/Car Care
- Babysitting/Pet Sitting
