Gateways Community Services, formerly known as Area Agency of Greater Nashua, has been providing services to the community for 28 years. In 2002, we established Elder Care Personal Care Services as the first Other Qualified Agency (OQA) in the New Hampshire to provide Consumer Directed Services (CDS).

Our staff works with you to assess your daily living needs and to design a plan that fits your personal care needs. If you cannot find a personal care service worker independently, you can select one from our registry. Registry workers undergo extensive background checks and maintain clean driving records. Our staff will guide you through the process so that you have complete control of your services and are able to keep your independence.
