Gateways Community Services offers a group for kids 16-20 years old to socialize, have fun and make new friends - or even renew old friendships. Parents have expressed a need for kids to meet other kids in the area who may have similar issues, as so many of our children feel isolated at times. The goal of Teen Group is to help create a new network of friends for them to hang out with and just be teens! Since this is their group, we encourage the kids participate in deciding what activities they all may be interested in doing at the following meeting.

Teen Group gets together once a month, for a couple of hours or as needed, depending on the activity. Meeting days and times vary, in order to include as many teens as possible. Parents aren't required to stay, but are certainly welcome any time to stay and help out.
